TV over ethernet.

Hi everyone.
Excuse me if i post this in wrong forum.
I have Bt848 based card and i can successfully capture video in real-time using huffyuv or mjpeg codec.
What i would want to do - is watch tv from another computer on the network (100mbit-based). I know that some codecs (divx/xvid?) which support streamin feature. I just don't how exactly to do it. If i start capturing on computer 1 on the file - i cannot access this file from computer2 untill capturing finished.
Can anyone guide me how to work this out?

windows media encoder could do that (you'll have to find the correct options, but i've done it a while ago). i think it can be downloaded for free from ms site.

another interesting option would be the AIWplayer (if i remember the name correctly). you'll be able to find it on the software players section (issue a search). it's a new player, but seems promising, and has the broadcast live video feature that u want.
