create mkv with RV10

how can I create a mkv with RV10 and ogg? VirtualdubMod can't open RV10 I think and I read http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?threadid=54306 that mkv can use RV9.

With mkvmerge GUI (AKA "MMG"), includes in mkvtoolnix.

I use realanime 1.91 (.avi -> .rm) I think but I can't convert an avi made by VFAPI.
How can I convert this kind of avi without realproducer?
