Scenarist generates duplicate VOBs

I'm trying to backup The League of Extraordinary Gentleman, after having some success with the "Big 3" method in the past. However, I'm having a strange problem. Usually after scenarist gets done with the DVD layout, the VOB files it generates have no overlap with the VOBs in the DIF4U VIDEO_TS folder. You can just copy all the VOB files in 0\VIDEO_TS to the DIF4U VIDEO_TS. However, this time there is overlap. I've done some searching of the forum and couldn't find anyone with a similar issue.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem with this title.

is it not just the small dummy vobs that reauthorist and scenarist make so that the files are name correctly? if not then i've never had that problem, but i commonly get dummy VTS vobs

burnout is 100% correct.
the dummy files are created by RA to keep the file structure of the DVD correct, so only move and update those VTSes that were selected by DIF4U for demuxing / encoding.
