I am sorry if this topic was already brought up, I just don't see how I can specificaly find it using the search function.
Ok I tried backing up tomb raider 2 cd today. I am using a DVD-R for the very first time. I followed the guides etc.
with DVD2ONE it took me 7 minutes to transcode it, too good to be true. I then burned the now 3.6GB movie onto a DVD using Nero.
Placed it into my dvd-player and it started straight away. But 33 minutes into the movie and the video starts to freeze/lag and I can only hear sound.
I then copied the movie with DVDShrink and it came out perfect 1:1 copy. But my DVD player waits for like 35 seconds before playing the cd. Why is this so?
I would really love to know how to get DVD2ONE working too, as it's faster and seems to produce satisfactory quality. Or any other programs you would recommend for quick DVD transcoding/Authoring which will allow me to customize whatI want left on and out on the the DVD too.
