I am trying to backup one of my movies and it has 2 layers. I know that I can back it up to my hard drive, but since I am limited on space there, I would like to back it up to disc. I have tried using DVDDecryptor and then DVDShrink, but I still am not able to get the final 3 VOB files onto my DVD. Any suggestions?

Put all VOB, IFO and BUP files (including the VIDEO_TS.* files created by DVDShrink) into a VIDEO_TS directory - if you're using the latest version of DVDShrink, it may have already done this for you.

Use ImageTools classic to make an ISO image. Make sure to select the directory above the VIDEO_TS directory as the source.

Once ImageTools has finished making the image, you can burn the image with DVDDecrypter.

That is the problem I am having with shrink. It will not create all the VOB files. It leaves off the last 3. I tried reauthoring, and that did create proper number of VOB files, but I still was not able to get it to burn properly. I used Nero 6.3 once I had the files created.

Are you talking about ImgTool Burn?
