Problem at 50%

Hi,

Im using the latest DVD decrypter to rip a dvd onto my hd, and ive had no problems except for this particulary one, which always halts at 50%. Im using default setting 'cept for file split set at none in ifo mode. At 50%, my comp just freezes forcing me to restart. Im wondering if its a defect with the dvd itself although the movie plays fine, or just a basic error on part.

Hi,

I tried again this morning using same settings to see if i could get an error message. To my surprise it worked but when i viewed the vobs the last half of the movie was missing. So i set file split to vob id's and the error message at 50% was : I/O error... Check Condition etc. Then i actually tried to view the movie from my dvd-rom (previously it had worked on my standalone player) and it froze about an hour in. Since i only got this dvd yesterday im going to return it, hopefully the replacement wont have the same problems.
