Any time I try to rip a movie with dvd decrypter i keep getting, "Bad packet header found skiping sector" and when i try import it in to scenarist it only imports about half the 6ch aduio stream and all the 2ch streams. I thought it was my pioneer DVD-120S, so i went to exchange it for another one. This time everything went fine while ripping, no bad packet found. but when i mount the image and try to demux with dvd decrypter it get to 69% and the log starts saying again "Bad packet header found skiping sector" and this time when i try import it in to scenarist the audio goes in fine, but this time the video steam dosent want to import.

When I rip with my dvd-rw's drive they seem to work fine, but it only reads at 2X ,I want to use my 16X dvd reader, it takes to long with 2X. When I rip short dvd (4gb)and burn them back on to a dvd, they play fine with no problems.

Need help please!! what could this be: a bad settings, bad drive, something not turned on/off? Any clues or other places to look?:)

I dont think ISO mode reports pack header missing bits so thats why it can read off ok.

Make note of which file it fails on and then look at it in vobedit or something. somewhere in there you'll find a sector that's empty/unknown
