Which encoder can do it?

Hello all,

I am looking for a mpeg encoder (to mpeg1 file) which can batch convert files to mpeg1 format. The encoder should let me to change to any resolution (usually smaller) and bitrate (usually lower). It should also allow me to put my logo in the movies.

I am using procoder, but it doesn't allow you to set the bitrate below 500 for mpeg1 files.

Any suggestoins?

You can do all of them with TMPGEnc (except logo inserting)as long as you spent a bit of time and create a custom setting

Now it is also possible with mencoder. You'll need my GUI for it.
