I believe if you right-click on the "encode audio" button, you'll get a set of 5 different premade BeSweet options you can select from, which, by default, include 2 vbr mp3s and 3 oggs. But there are blank settings you can use, or, you could alter one of the existing ones.

Another choice would be to use DVD Decrypter and DVD2AVI manually, which would demux the audio from the Vobs, and then you could use Gknot's Audio 1 tab to set BeSweet options to convert the audio to cbr mp3.

If you wish to change the vbr mp3 160 to cbr: Right click on the Encode Audio icon to bring up the Audio Preferences window. Select item 2, marked "mp3 vbr 160". Change the name to "mp3 cbr 160". Change the area marked "-lame( --alt-preset 160 )" to read "-lame( -h --cbr -b 160 )". Click on the OK button to save the settings.[EDIT: corrected -cbr to --cbr]

I think "--alt-preset cbr 160" might be better than "-h --cbr -b 160 " because all alt-presets are tuned better.

I recommended the " -h --cbr" only because that is what Gknot 0.28.7.2 will use if you select cbr mp3 from the Audio 1 or 2 windows in the Encoder tab's Add Job window.
