VCD image out of synch

i have downloaded a .bin image of a vcd for a movie. i mounted it with deamon tools, then copied the AVSEQ01.dat to my hard drive. I am planning on putting all 4 of the files to a DVD, i played it for testing and the sound is out of synch! I opened and parsed with Vdub and came to find that the video is 29.97 fps and the audio is 30.468 fps. It plays in perfect synch in Vdub but i know i cant do direct stream copy with MPEG1. What can i do ? please help me you guys!

o by the way can you join MPEG1 files? the movie is split into 4 parts. And i would like to Make them one large file so i can burn the DVD. Thanks!
