converting edited footage back to vobs...

Hi,

I have a few dvds of a trip I took in thailand and since its a large amount of footage (6 hours) I decided I should edit it all into one master dvd. I read the guide on how to open all the vob files on my dvd and copy them to my hardrive, think i got that handled. The question I have is how do I do the opposite? Once I've finished editing all my footage I wish to make a dvd out of it, with a chapter menu and all. Are there any guides on this u can refer me to please?

One of the easiest wahys to do this is using tmpgDvdAuthor. This program is pretty straitforward. It is made by Pegasys (http://www.tmpgenc.net) Comes with a free fully functional trial. There are a number of guides with different methods and softwares here. (http://www.doom9.org)
