cce - ntfs ? larg files

I have a little problem.

When i am using cce in a hard disk with ntfs it is creating large
files.

When i encoding the some movie in a fard disk with fat 32 the
the files are normal.

has anyone any idea;

Well, what is "normal" and "large" here? Remember, FAT32 limits files to 4 GB max., so what might actually happen is that you get incomplete files on FAT32. CCE should report an error in this case.

The thing i am saying is that the some movie encoded by cce
in fat32 is smaler than the some encoded in ntfs.
Or something else going wrong;;;;;;;;;;

Well, so what's the exact file sizes you get for FAT32 and NTFS?
