Does TMPG support SSE2 for Pentium4 ?

As above need as I had old software was doing DVD2AVI 1.13g took me 1h lol then I dl the latest version of DVD2AVI and it was done in 10mins. But can’t seem to find TMPG to go any faster do they support SSE2?
Or is there a similar program like TMPG that supports SSE2?
