I read about this app and it sounds like a great one for deinterlacing video. I'm waiting for demo license key, while I'm waiting to perform my own tests, wanted to ask if someone already tried it. Please post your experience with this app. Do you think it's possible to do what they advertise?

I recently tried demo. It looks VERY, VERY good, but not perfect in quality ;-)

It's really slow, 1h 20m on P4 1.5G with 1024M of RAM for 50 sec video sample. Resulting file is 59.94fps (NTSC).

I obtained better results setting correctly area base deinterlacer in conjunction with a couple of other filters.Hicon is vaporware!!!

I tried it too. Too slow for me, it took about 5 minutes for a five second DV-AVI. Imagine how long it will take you to deinterlace a whole move, or better don't.
Nice tool though, but seems to be useless for non-professional users.
