help ! muxing AC3 with AVI output while encoding and other stuff

I would like to know what
is the best software to do these
tasks :

batch convert vob files to Xvid,
with some resizing, and the output
video avi file muxed with the original AC3 sound
from the vob.


I tried vdub mod which can do the batch and the
resizing stuff, but it can't seem to mux the AC3
with the Xvid video directly when encoding (instead, it
converts the AC3 to PCM, I hate it !).

And I also tried Ampeg2avi, which seems to always output the
AC3 to a separate file, although I just want it to be muxed with the output
avi !

Also an other problem with Mpeg2avi : when batch encoding several vobs from
a .LST list, the output is always one avi file...I want separate avi files,
just like the original vobs !

Please, what can I do to solve all these problems ?

Try Gknot, it will do batch encodings and it will aslo mux the AC3 audio for you.

In the part about audio encoding, just ignore it and tell it to mux the AC3 instead.
