DVD Stripper error

After installing DVD Stripper I'mgetting an error message during setup options. Run-time error 32765.... It says about insufficient memory. I have enough memory installed on board or hard drive.
What can be the problem?
I'm running it on XP.

Thanks I've fixed the problem. I was using wrong version of Comdlg32.ocx.
