Does DVD Shrink replicate closed caption? I can see that it keeps the subtitles, but doesn't seem to keep the closed caption unfortunately.

DVD Shrink does remove Closed Captions when any amount of compression is used.
However, dvdshrink - the developer - is working on the problem, and hoping to have it fixed in v3.1.5. ;)
