Slow encodes with new VDubMod?

Hi all,

Anyone else experiencing slow encodes (about half speed) using new VDubMod in AutoGK? I have compared loading the same lastjob.vcf generated by AutoGK into VDubMod 1.5.4.something shipped with AutoGK v0.8 and getting about 30-35 fps in quality based DivX5 mode. Repeating the process by loading lastjob.vcf into VDubMod 1.5.10.something shipped with AutoGK 0.89b I get about 15-17 fps.

Is it correct to compare like this? I'm not sure though since I'm not an expert on VDubMod usage...

Any help or suggestions are welcome...

You gotta compare timings on the same movie as it source dependent.

P.S. looks like I'll be removing new vdubmod for the release anyway...

Thanks for your reply len0x. It is on the same source actually. Have been trying it several times getting the same results.

I have now reinstalled the 0.89 beta (haven't tried 0.90 yet) without upgrading VDubMod to 1.5.10. Getting very pleasant results and timings now, so I keep those settings until we see a new release of VDubMod without so many problems as there are now.
