does avisyth 2.5 works with Adobe Premiere and tmpgenc

I am useing the avisyth 0.6 and a plug-in for output from Adobe Premiere to Tmpgenc. However, it seems lots of thing changed. Does the new 2.5 can do the same thing?

On www.avisynth.org homepage you can find that they now recommend a third party shareware frameserver.
