My english subtitle stream seems to overlap itself? I tried to take a screenshot of the preview but it doesn't work.

you have burnt in subs as well as *.idx/*.sub in the same dir, that's why you see double. If this is happening when doing preview, then don't worry this doesn't affect the movie...

*.avs always does for preview...
