Ulead Moviefactory 3.0

Anybody try it out yet. I have version 2.0 and is pretty good. Just want to find out if version 3 is worth upgrading.

If only dvd2dvd was as easy for the avi2dvd part as it is for the dvd to dvd part. Ive been backing up all my dvd's with his software, but home movies are much harder to use with his software.
