Here is the case: When I play the DVD (The Insider) in my DVD drive I can choose subtitles in danish (as 6th choice from the top). When I try to make the same choice en AutoGK, the subtitle choice seems to be dansih but the subtitles are icelandic when the job is finished. I have tried different setups in preview mode to insure that the subtitles are in danish (swedish, suomi and all other choices) but it seems they are not available. The icelandic subtitles are norwegian when job is finished so it seems to me, there is a bug.
I can extract the subtitles manually but it is hard to make them fit the movie afterwards.
Is there a way to fix this?
I hope you can understand my english (I am 'only' a dane) :o)

What ripper did you use ?
I got the same problem when using a non AutoGK compatible ripper (SmartRipper) on the N.A.R.C movie.
As far as i know the DVDDecryptor 3.1.7 creates proper *.IFO's to use with AutoGK.
If you don't have access to the DVD anymore you could try
to create a new vts_*.IFO from your *.VOB's by using ifoedit096.
I did that with success :)

I tried to use DVDDecrypter but the problem remains the same :o( How can I edit the .ifo file? I have tried to use the program to edit it but I don't know what to edit...

Sorry for the delay, now i will try to explain how i did;
First, backup your "original" *.IFO's
1. Within IfoEdit, open your "original" VTS_xx_0.IFO from
your ripped VOB-set.
2. In the lower window (VTS overview) look for your wanted
SubPicture language and write down it's ID (possibly two id's)
3. Then close IfoEdit and re-open it, use the "Create IFOs" button
and point to your first VOB in your VOB-set.
4. Use default settings and wait, it should take a while now :)
5. Upon completion highlight the VTS_xx_0.IFO in the upper window
and look for your new VTS overview. Note the lack of language specifications
for the SubPicture's.
Locate the ID you wrote down (or the lowest one)
and edit it by changing it's language.
6. Save
Now open your project into AutoGK and you should be able to
find your wanted language in the list. The rest will be "???"
Disclaimer: when i did this the color of my sub went green
Someone know why ?
Good luck

It's because the color maps for the subtitles are not transferred to the new IFO:s you just created. You need to copy them from the original IFO file and paste it into the one you just created.
There are a menu for this in IfoEdit 0.96 (Subtitle Color). You open the original IFO-file, look up the PGC you want to copy the subtitle color from and select "Copy from this PGC" in Subtitle Color menu. Then you open the new IFO-file (the one created by IfoEdit) and select the corresponding PGC and select "Paste to this PGC" in the subtitle color menu. Save your new file and voila, the subs should look like they did on the original.
I think you can also use IfoUpdate for this, but I'm not sure how...
