Ok, so I've spent a month developing, for my needs a very satisfying scn in Scenarist. This first menu consisted of 6 episodes of a show I recorded. I have another 25 or so DVD's to burn with other episodes and want to reuse the same basic menu. I save this as a template, however the template files still point to the original six m2v files. Can someone explain to me how I'm supposed to set up the scn file to be used properly as a template? Do I need to make generic names for all the m2v and ac3 files and then name each episode with that name accordingly? Even if I was to manually go through every single asset and set it to a place holder, it still needs some kind of file to be pointing to. Strange on that one. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you go to the data editor, highlight the asset that is changing. Then in the edit object window, click the file browse button. You can now change to a different asset. This wiil enable you to keep your layout the same while changing the content. :p I hope I understood you correctly and that this is of some help.
