help me , Avisynth open failure:Undot:only SSEMMX Cpu's currently supported , Needs SSEMMX support , what i must do ?

Hello, ebandiri, and welcome to Doom9's forum!
Don't panic!
You can either remove or comment out (put a "#" in front of) the Undot() command from the .avs script. While in Gknot, you can do this using the "Edit" button after pressing Save&Encode from the preview window.
The undot filter is a very fast, very slight noise reducer. It's nice to have, but not necessary.

Start Gknot
Open your .d2v
Press "Save & Encode" button
Make your filter selections (resizing, noise reduction...) as desired
Press "Edit" button
Either remove the "Undot()" line from the script, or place a # character in front of the command.
Press "Save & Encode" from the bottom of the editing screen.
