I´ve been looking for DVDStripper because i want to remove some titles (trailers, extra, etc.) before i use DVD Shrink.
But it looks like there is no trial/demo copy available, and i don´t wanna buy it before i can try it.
But a friend of me told me that Instant Copy does the same thing (can remove unwanted titles, etc) is that true? If so, is it as good as DVDStripper?
I´m gonna use DVD Decrypter, DVDStripper (or Instant Copy?), menuedit and finally DVD Shrink. (and Nero for burning)

it will all depend on what you want to do. DVDstripper and Instantcopy are quite different as IC includes a transcoder that allows the basic removal of titles (as long as they are unlinked) and not menu's. DVDStripper is a pure video stripping tool, nothing else. It that allows more than just the basic title stripping, such as chapter removal, cell removal or menu removal which will allow more control over exactky what you keep. It also splits the DVD if you want keeping menu's on both for use with episode DVD's etc
there are a few free and simple methods to get movie + menu's using DVDShrink for example. Maybe it's better you check these out first before even spending any money
You can also use Ifoedit to remove most of the rubbish you don't want (check out 2COOL's guides (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43142) in the IFO/VOB forum) as mine are now out of date apart from 2 flash guides. Ifoedit only goes down to VOB ID level but will still meet most requirements
Menuedit also allows for content removal though it may take slightly longer but you get the added bonus of modifying the buttons ;) (Do you already have it?)
I guess it all depends on your exact removal requirements and how your standalone player deals with modified DVD's

I'll vouch for DVDStripper, at a fraction of the cost of IC its a great little program.
No bells and whistles but hell who cares, it does its job!
I tend to use it to strip out as much c*ap as possible before using DVDshrink to fit the remaining content to disc.
Mike.
