Not interested in anything that re-encodes the video. I purely want to make 1 to 1 backups. Preferably the easiest to use. Preferably does it quickly and intelligently with the option of movie only copies. Also preferable is not having crap like what DVDxCopy does with putting a message/watermark on the copy.
This is not a 'which is best' question. More a 'which software meets my requirements closest' question :)

@oddball
You may profit from checking out Doom9's IFOedit guides. IFOedit -- while being somewhat intimidating to look at -- is actaully easy to learn, and will do what you're asking. You'll still need a decrypter (Derrow, the program's author, still hasn't added the decrypting option -- at least, to my knowledge... I know he's back to work on it, so the rules may have changed!), but once your disk is ripped, there's really little limitation as to what you can do with it. Remove unwanted material (audio and sub streams, as well as FBI warnings which usually reside on VOB IDs which IFOedit can strip), create movie-only copies, or split to two disks. No watermark. If you've already used DVDXCOPY, then you're already familiar with Derrow's work. Sounds like IFOedit would be right up your alley!
