I would apreciate a guide, that will explain, how to rerun steps in NUMenu4U.

Say one might want to remove certain copyright screens from the x_0.VOBs, so replaces the M2V file with something else and then encode and then ...?

you can't pick and choose what cells to keep in numenu4u. to do this run numenu4u on the *0.VOB then open the new ifo file in ifoedit, and remove scenes there.
