I just finished backing up The Italian Job and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen using DoItFast4U 1.4.0 and BatchCCEWS 0.9.1.2. Everything worked fine, except on The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen main movie. DoItFast4U didn't enable IVTC (i.e. no IVTC operation on source and no pulldown on output). I din't notice it until I watched the movie and noticed the jaggies on TV. I verified the need for IVTC using the doom9 guide (3 good frames + 2 interlaced in every 5). I ended up using Telecide()+Decimate() and 2:3 pulldown and it came out looking fine.

The reason I am confused is that the main movie VOBs for both DVDs report the same in DVD2AVI (FILM 99% + progressive). DoItFast4U enabled ForceFilm and 2:3 pulldown for The Italian Job, but not for LoEG.

I'm kinda new to the big 3. Did I do something wrong, or do you need to verify the output from DoItFast4U before re-authoring the video streams?

You need to have the Autodetect NTSC button selected. If not, it will skip detection and keep files in their native form.
