Ive been searching for days. I cant find one free, working dvd player that does not require a decoding card. Ive tried to download codecs and all of the players on this website, and none of them have worked. I always get a message about my codecs not installed properly. I did put windvd on my 400mhz dell optiplex. I have a 16mb pci velocity 4400/tv and the cpu usage was at 100% with 128mb of ram, and it dropped too many frames.
I want to use them on a athlon computer i put together, but windvd was some dell oem version for dells only...
