DVD to CD

hi there ..i just want to know how to convert a DVD to CD.
i just browse thorough the dvdrhelp.com and i realise that
a program which named BeSweet can convert a DVD to CD.
so is this true?
can you help me how to do this and some recommendation of
website that i can used as reference.

You will probably want to decode DVD audio streams to PCM Stereo WAVE; and if you want to split a long concert into pieces of less than the usual 74 minutes, and even use DVD chapters as audio tracks, you could use the guide at http://www.fr-an.de if you are able to understand german; I don't know if there is any english version. For just this purpose, I once wrote a "Chapter List to Cue Sheet Converter" (Chap2Cue)...
