Rv9 Multichannel audio question

I am encoding to rv9 with multichannel audio from seperate(decoded with besweet) 48khz wav's included in the avs file.Real producer always throws out the warning "channel 3 below -60dB since".
What is causing this to happen and does it make a difference as the end result sounds ok to me.Perhaps it is that Real Producer downsamples to 44.1khz?

That warning mean that channel 3 has been quiet for X seconds. The encoded file is perfectly ok. It'S an old warning for live capture (what producer was aimed for) :D

Thanks for your reply Sirber, that puts my mind at ease.Not being able to encode and check the audio before doing the video is not what i am used to and if it is not right then i have to start a 12hr encode again:rolleyes:
