Hey guys I must first say this is a really nice automatic approach to the whole encoding process. It has worked perfect till now, when its stumping me. I picked up an old movie today with no subtitles and tried to use autogk on it. It works great until the step after examine the source I get overhead size larger than target size. Somehow this movie with no subtitles is showing 8 gigs worth of subs. The vobset is only 1.5 gigs total. Below is a copy of the log, I hope someone can help me out....

I found the problem. If external subs were used then its size was always calculated irrespectively of sub selection on the main form.
Fixed for 0.8 release.

wow thanks that was super quick. Keep up the good work this is app is such a godsend for someone who likes to encode but doesn't like the hassle of setting everything up... aka lazy :).
