Marked ac3 difference between two encoders_Main Concept_A Pack
I was having "buzzy" ac3 audio or audio with random artifacts using the Main Concept plug in from Vegas. then I tried bouncing a WAV and encoding on the MAc. Wow...night and day.
Its kind of odd because the file sizes are exactly the same.
