Ok, i tried searching but it come up with a load of non relevant information,

Im tryin to convert my NTSC-Film (23.976 i presume) AC3 audio to PAL (25.000), but when i transcode in AC3Machine it sounds too sped up, everything sounds like the chipmunks on crack, is there any way to convert it properly so it sounds normal?

Thats the problem I'm always talking about. There are a lot of people who claim that you won't recognise the change in pitch between PAL and NTSC but I think the difference is horrible.
Yes, there could be a solution for your problem, but I think in the end the loss of quality is intolerable so i never tried it, anyway, it would be to complicated to me:
Decode the ac3 into 6 wavs with besweet.
Use cooledit to shrink the audio to 96% of its original length while not changing the pitch (CE has this function as far as i know).
Use besweet (not the newest beta, it doesn't support ac3 anymore) to reauthor the ac3 stream.

That sound complicated and time consuming and i think it will be. :(
