MP3 encoding Plug-in for Window Media Player

Is any free mp3 encoding plug-in for window media player? I like to use window media player 9 to encode my cd to mp3 because it can go to the internet to get all the information for the cd and make up all the song name, artist, album etc. The only problem I have is WMP just can encode in 56kbps. I really want my music in 192kbps so is anyone know there is any program can do this or any free plug-in?

For M$ Fans,

Imho, better use other CD-rip program, such as CDex or even EAC
they have support connect to CDDB :) They use LAME Mp3 encoder,
it's FREE and GREAT! :)
