Change buffer in Media Player Classic?

I have a computer in my living room with an older cdrom in it. It plays RV9+5.1aac MKV files fine, but there is a little bit of choppiness due to the cdrom. Is there anywhere that I can turn up the buffer so that MPC reads farther ahead?

The minimal number of samples read ahead by the built-in splitters is hardcoded, and I'm still experimenting with the optimal value. But yes, it would be nice to have some user interface to adjust it.
