Hi guys ,
i need your help to compile xvid-1.0beta2 under linux. when i do it i get the following error: colorspace_rgb_mmx.o
do you have any suggestions what might be the problem? installing the binary version works fine, but when i try to compile the CVS, it doesn't work. :(
thanks a lot in advance!

You need nasm (netwide assembler) to compile xvid. Install that pkg/rpm/... and it should compile.

You can't compile the binaries - only the source.
