View Full Version : Unable to get ac3enc.dll interfaces

When trying to encode from my avi file to an ac3 output file(audio only) I get this error Error 73: Unable to get ac3enc.dll interfaces.
The latest ac3enc.dll is in my besweet folder, and here is a copy of my log.

Welcome to the forums. As the error message says, get Ac3enc.dll, and put it in your besweet directory. Please reread the forum rules and search before posting.

I have ac3enc.dll in my folder, but nothing.

I think that file is corrupt, download again.

With DVD2SVCD comes a version of ac3enc.dll that requires msvcrt70.dll to work (it seems it was compiled with VC++.NET). I think the version of ac3enc.dll is 0.22. If the runtime file is missing you also see this error message.
