I got some problems with "Anger Management (PAL)" and VTS9 which is made up of 48 PGCs.
The only solution to get this VTS correctly with subtitles is to demux the video by VOBID and get the subtitles by VTS.

So, now in my scenarist project I've a large video with it's subtitles.
But how do I seperate this track into the original chapter/cell information.
I don't really want to set all this information by hand, cause
there are 48 PGCs and each of them consists of about 3 cells.

Is there any tool, that makes this boring job for me or any other solution?

cheers,
fux

Hello hello, fux ( )

I may be a brick or a lettuce, but I don't understand what you want to do, and may not be the only one. Sorry for this "fausse alerte", but if you can be more explicit, you'll have more answers :) ...

ok, i tried to wrote as less as needed, but ... :)

As obove-mentioned i got some problems with "Anger Management (PAL)".
Everything other than VTS9 is straight forward and I could encode and reauthor the VTS.

But VTS 9 is a bit tricky. First I've demuxed by vts and everthing semms to be good but when I was in the scenarist step,
where I create my tacks with subtitles etc, i got some problems.

The subtitles for the second PGC started at about 0:43 but the video duration is just about 30sec.
I got a notice, that all except the first one are out of the video duration. It's the same in all other PGCs.
It seems, that there are no timecode resets for the subtitles.

So I decided to demux by VOB-ID(VTS9 is only made up of one).
So, I got a big video-file but onley a few subtitles, damn.

I took all subtitles from my vts-demux and created my own sst-file ...
bla ...

After a long way, I got my track in scenarist with the correct subtitles and I'm ready to reauthor this VTS.

I'm in front of recreating VTS9 which is made up of 48 PGCs and each
of them is build up of about 3 cells ...

So my question is,
do I have to create all the (about 144 cells) by hand or
is there any tool, that makes this boring job for me or any other solution?

That's for sure, I'm a brick :D . Sorry I can't help you. But I would be interested in your progress, one never learn too much.

About subs synch, wasn't it a frame rate problem? Subtitle workshow would have it fixed in a wink...

Let me know.
