2nd filesize very small

Why both of my 1st pass and 2nd pass output files are so small? less than 20MB?
I've tried so many DVD-Xvid guides but still have the same problem.
I'm ripping a 95mins DVD to 2 CDs xvid and I expect the output filesize at 1.4GB. I use no B-frame (-1) but it doesn't help.

Please read the Sticky post about reporting bugs, and give us more information about what you have tried and the settings you have entered. Take us through the whole procedure, then we will be able to spot what went wrong,
