Join DVDVideo titles/tracks into one PGC with chapters

Is there an easy way to join titles/tracks into a single PGC with chapters? In an old thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=60299&highlight=join+title), it mentions that TMPG DVD Author can do this for MPG2. I must be dumb, because I can find nowhere a join title option (at least not for DVDVideo).

I know I can do it with VobEdit, but it's kind of a hassle and I was wondering if there's an easier (preferably one-click :)) method to do this.
