When using subtitles inside MKV/AVI with VMR9 renderless, they are shown far too large in full screen mode, but at normal size in non-fullscreen mode. This happens with and without vsfilter. With AVIs, it also happenes with MPC's internal AVI splitter.
When using 'system default' as output device, the size is OK, but MPC's internal AVI splitter can't load the subtitles from the AVI file then, just like it won't load external subtitle files with that output device.
Once I even made it show the subtitles twice, once at normal size, and once oversized, at the same time, but currently, i can't reproduce it :o
Interesting is that those oversized subs always have the same size, no matter what I set in the SSA file as size. Without full screen mode, the size is correctly set according to the setting in the SSA file.
Can anyone (gabest? :p ) explain this? So far, I can play the files, I know what I have to set to make it work, but I don't understand why all this happens! Especially, I have to use the M$ AVI splitter... so I won't be able to use anamorphic AVIs whenever I find the time to implement those in AVI-Mux GUI :o , even if gabest adds this to his splitter...
