Scenarist error

mismatch plz contact tech support
error muxformDB:muxvts failed
error multiplex failed
error dvd files could not be created

Anyone know what that is about? It occurs while compiling (@~60%) DVD layout in Scenarist 2.7. It's actually a friend of mine who got that.
