I want to create a menu like this:

First I have see an menu image, then when I push up or down arrow on remote controller I have go to the required options:

1. Arrows indicates default option, then I push down arrow on remote controller and...

--> | OPTION 1 | <---

| OPTION 2 |

2. ... arrows should go to the second option and select it... and so on and so on... and when I push up arrow on remote controller arrows should go in opposite direction (...up).

| OPTION 1 |

--> | OPTION 2 | <---

But I'm looking for something like in LOTR Two Towers - kind of arrow image as select indicator which going up and down across text (which is main menu image). You know - static image (picture)which contain all description, and alone arrows which are moovs onto it...
How can I create this, which software should I have to do this, maybe somebady have some guide which halps me...

I have tried this, but w/o effect. I have been working with DVDlab application. First of all I created background w/o any arrows. Next two images (buttons) with arrows - exactly buttons with arrows and text - text was the same as on the background image - I put this image on background image - I created an illusion that only arrows appered when I push up / down button on remote commander but in fact I switched little image on big image (background). Next I put it together and created switched menu. The result was almost OK. I could switch buttons up and down via remote controller, but unselected little image (button) wasn't disappear from backround - only changed its own color to purple... I tried to adjust button properties, via visible normal, visible selected, visible all, invisible attributes and everything worked fine in project window. But when I switched to test mode it wasn't so nice...
I know that is maybe hard to explain without any screenshots. But meybe you can show me the way what can I do this to get required menu... Meybe I should change application from DVDlab to little bit more proffessional one, but this program must accepted .VOB files. Because I'm trying to do a simple startup menu for LOTR the Two Towers which should look like oryginal menu but only with select start of the moovie and select some else still image with a little description - I require for this only two switched buttons. Normaly it is easy to create, but I my case I have reach the result looks more proffessional...
