Please Help

I Like to download mpegs of the internet and watch them on my ps2, but on my ps2 the picture comes out black and wight. Its not my tv because i have tried it on multiple tvs. so what program can i use to make mpegs into pal (region 2) .vobs .I have been using TMPGenc dvd author . i know my ps2 can play pal dvds in colour because i have backups of region 2 dvds. Please help

1) Readup the dvd encoding and authoring guides:

2) Read the forum rules (rule 6), regarding downloaded movies. I give this time only a warning, because you are new here.

3) Post in the correct forum (the dvd2avi forum, but also this one is not appropriate). If you are using TMPGEnc or CCE for encoding to dvd, post in their forum next time. You can use the "DVD authoring" forum, for basic general authoring questions.

4) Finally, use an appropriate title.
