This happens EVERY time I try to run DVD2SVCD. Any ideas why ???

I have uninstalled and downloaded the latest version and it STILL happens. :(

No idea.
More info would be helpful. What exactly happens? Could you post the BeSweet logfile from your movie folder?
At a guess, since BeSweet is resource-hungry I suspect hardware failure under high loading.

do the MemTest86 and Prime95 torture test to check your hardware is up to the job.

I am running a 2800mhz CPU with 1gb of internal ram and and NEW Motherboard, so I doubt it is that causing the problem. I have a RIVA TNT 5900 Graphics card as well.

Very odd. BeSweet doesn't even seem to get going at all from that logfile. Torture test your system anyway - components new or old may not function properly so if there's a problem you'll at least catch it under warranty for new parts.

What are you converting from? DVD, PVA or AVI?

But I have tried form DVD and get the same results. Strange or what. I have downloaded ALL the items form the links your gave me and I will TORTURE test my system just in case. Thanks for the help.

Source Sample-Rate: 11.0KHz

I reckon that sampling rate might annoy Besweet, have made it crash myself with weird audio from AVI's.
