.mpeg to PAL .vob

I Like to download mpegs of the internet and watch them on my ps2, but on my ps2 the picture comes out black and wight. Its not my tv because i have tried it on multiple tvs. so what program can i use to make mpegs into pal (region 2) .vobs .I have been using TMPGenc dvd author .

Now, call me a nitpick, but I can't find DVD2AVI referenced anywhere in your post. Have you really read THIS STICKY POST (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59667) before you posted? :rolleyes:
