Just copy DVD contents?

Hello,

A DVD which I own don't play anymore in my regular DVD but in the PC DVD-drive. Can I just copy all the files and burn a new one?

The DVD is a Hong Kong one, no region and under 3.9GB in total size?

Use DVDDecrypter to rip to ISO, the use DVDDecrypter to burn the ISO.
