How to add cell-id's manually.

I have a video stream. I can mux it to a vob using well known tools. How can I add cell-id's and chapters to that vob, so ifoedit recognizes them as chapters when using "create ifo's" ???

I think you have to do it while you mux the streams. You should be able to set the chapter points with any authoring tool (DVDMaestro, Scenarist, DVD-Lab...). In IFOEdit you can use a txt file with the celltimes (don't ask me for the syntax 'cause I don't know it, but you can learn it opening an IFO file and clicking on Tools ---> Save celltimes to file.
