I am running Windows XP and would like to utilize Windows Media Player 9 as the DVD viewing program simply to avoid the need of having another viewer installed on my computer. I have a free version of WinDVD 4 which came with my DVD drive, but this software did not seem very stable. I had a couple of "fatal errors" after installing it, and it causes my screen to go blank for a couple seconds every time I open or close the program. I think I can be fairly certain I won't have stability problems with WMP 9. Anyway, of the three available DVD decoders, is there one that stands out among the others:
1) Cyberlink (PowerDVD) ?
2) InterVideo (WinDVD) ?
3) Sonic (Cineplayer) ?
